The secret of Newfield Dairy’s success isn’t just our wonderful herd, but the standard to which we run our processing unit. When we originally started converting the old farm buildings into the high grade dairy we have today, we worked very closely with our local health and hygiene officer, confirming to the latest and highest standards. This has helped us to achieve S.T.S. accreditation, enabling us to supply many notable food producers and retail chains.
Milk is sent daily from the milking parlour, through our pasteuriser before it is turned into whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk and cream, by our hard working team of employees.
As a family business we feel ultimately responsible from the cows to the bottle. We are dedicated to the quality of the milk and the hygiene of the processing plant. Our customers are therefore always safe in the knowledge we will always endeavour to keep them happy.
